Along with restocking my ‘essentials’, I also use this sale on travel size products of new items I’ve been wanting to try and full size new products I’ve had my eye on. Of course, this is also a good time to pick up some of the more high priced items like the NuFace at home micro-current device, the DermaFlash or Dyson blow dryer.

Repurchase Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream. This is a product I loved and slowly got away from using, and I can’t give you a good reason why. Too many products to try maybe. My skin looked and felt more refreshed, moisturized and dare I say firmer when I applied it before my foundation.
Repurchase Armani Luminous Silk Perfect Glow Foundation. I love this med/full, coverage foundation because of the glowing finish it leaves my skin. This is my special occasion, and because it doesn’t have sunscreen in it, it looks terrific in photo’s and low(er) lighting situations. Dinner, date night, you know what I mean. I wear shade 4.25.
Repurchase Shiseido Sports BB SPF 50+ in medium is my go-to for summer outdoor living. It lasts all day, through outdoor activities, in the heat, and still looks like my skin with less imperfections.

Repurchase RMS Beauty Sunset Collection. I love, love, love this collection as you might already know from a favorites video I did last summer. The bronzing powered is perfect for contouring on lighter skin and makes a beautiful bronzer on darker skin. This clean brand also makes some of the creamiest, most moisturizing lip glosses in my collection with a light tint to brighten up my natural look. I wear it by itself or over a lipliner.
New Purchase Nudestix Sunset Nude 3 piece set. I love the versatility of this set. From eye colors to lips to cheeks and they’re all cream. Making them perfect for our mature skin. Not only free of all the bad stuff like sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens and phthalates, they’re cruelty free and come in recyclable packaging!

Recommend Natasha Denona Glam Pallet! As of the time of this blog post, this pallet was back in stock. At a higher price point, $65.00, this is one item I would grab. (If mine wasn’t still fairly new, I would pick up another one) The colors are beautiful and can be applied wet or dry. The amount of different looks and different occasions you could use this for, makes it a good buy with quality to match!
New Purchase Pat McGrath Fetish Mascara. I’m always on the hunt for a great mascara, I guess it’s ‘my thing’ if I had to have one area of makeup. The reviews on this mascara are strong and with a $30.00 price point, getting this one sale is a win for me.
New Purchase Tarte Double Take Eyeliner. With a matte finish that includes a pencil and a liquid eyeliner, in brown or black, this is one to try. I love having less ‘stuff’ so if one pencil offers good pigment, sharp edge for precise lines and long-lasting staying properties, (and I can get it on sale) it’s worth trying.
Repurchase Dior Forever Skin Correct. This is my current favorite concealer. It has 24 hour wear and full coverage, but surprisingly it doesn’t accentuate lines and wrinkles. Does it fill up the lines like a magic air balloon leaving a smooth texture - no. And when a concealer promises to do that, I laugh and leave it on the shelf. If you want a reliable, long lasting, hydrating concealer that blends easily and looks great with or without foundation at the edges, this is one you might want to try.
Recommend ABH Brow Definer Triangular Brow Pencil. As we age, making single hair lines in the brow takes more time as our brows are more sparse. An eyebrow pencil with a wider, angled tip makes application faster while still allowing for hair like precision when needed.

Recommend Natasha Denona I Need a Rose Lip Kit (although it’s not sold as a kit, each of the three colors has a matching lip liner, satin-finish lip stick and a gloss) I picked up the kit in Calle because of the long-lasting moisturizing effect it was said to have - and it does! I wore this to lunch with friends and was surprised how much lip color remained afterward. Even better, my lips felt hydrated the next day! The colors are beautiful and because it was least like anything else in my collection I bought Calle and so glad I did.

Repurchase Olaplex No 7 Bonding Oil. Because I lighten my hair and style it often, it’s often dry and dull. I’ve tried many hair oil’s before and always come back to this one. I apply about a nickel size amount to damp hair after I’ve applied my heat protectant. If you have platinum blonde hair, check with your stylist to be sure this won’t warm your tone. I like my hair to have a warmer (aka not ashy) tone but not brassy! This bonding oil doesn’t seem to add any warmth to my color at all, but it’s worth checking if you have lighter hair.
New Purchase Karastase Energizing Scrub for oily scalp. Relaxing for dry scalp. The more I’m learning about the importance of a healthy scalp and its impact on hair growth and overall health, the more a product like this missing from my shower is highlighted. My hair care has been in the hands of Karastase products for years and it’s never failed to impress me with a new product is launched.

Repurchase Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel. I use these pads weekly and with summer right around the corner I need to stock up. The results are seen instantly the I use these pads. My dry, dull skin is gone and I’m ready for lotion and/or sunless tanning products!
New Purchase BeautyBio R45 The Reversal 3 Phase Retinal Booster System. I’m really looking forward to trying this product. Said to be ‘a clinically proven treatment that helps diminish the appearance of dark spots, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and uneven skin tone. Made with mature skin in mind and from a brand I know and trust, this is the perfect time to give it a try!
