...you're not alone.
I hear that from women every single day.
Some come looking for foundation recommendations. Others want help finding a concealer that doesn't settle into fine lines. But underneath those beauty questions is usually something much deeper.
They want to feel like themselves again.
That's why I do what I do.
Because I don't believe women over 50 need to chase looking younger.
I believe we deserve to feel visible, confident, and current in every season of life.
My Story
For more than two decades, I built a successful corporate career leading businesses and helping companies grow. As President of Randstad Professionals and Tatum in the U.S., I spent years leading teams, making strategic decisions, and mentoring others.
Then, in my early 50s, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life.
I walked away.
Not because I had everything figured out—but because I knew there was another chapter waiting for me.
Starting over wasn't easy.
I had to learn an entirely new industry, build a business from scratch, and put myself in front of a camera for the first time.
It was exciting.
It was uncomfortable.
And it completely changed my life.
Today, I'm grateful I listened to that voice that told me it wasn't too late to begin again.
What I Believe
Somewhere along the way, society convinced women that aging means becoming less relevant.
I don't believe that.
I believe women over 50 are entering one of the most powerful seasons of their lives.
We've built careers.
Raised families.
Loved deeply.
Lost people we never imagined living without.
Started over more than once.
We've earned our wisdom.
And yet so many women still feel invisible.
That's the conversation I want to change.
Beauty will always be part of my work because I genuinely love helping women find products that work beautifully on mature skin.
But beauty isn't the destination.
Confidence is.
When we feel confident, we show up differently.
We try new things.
We speak up.
We laugh louder.
We wear the lipstick.
We take the trip.
We start the business.
We ride the motorcycle.
We become more of ourselves—not less.
That's what this community is really about.
My Mission
Everything I create is designed to help women over 50 become the most visible, confident, and current version of themselves.
Some days we'll talk about foundation.
Some days we'll talk about reinvention.
Some days we'll laugh about Gen X memories.
Other days we'll have honest conversations about confidence, changing identity, empty nests, aging parents, friendships, and the unexpected emotions that come with this stage of life.
Because all of it matters.
And through it all, I hope you leave feeling a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
