Redefining the Next ChapterI spent decades navigating the heights of the corporate world, but I’ve always believed that our 50s shouldn’t be a time of winding down—they should be a time of powering up. Today, I’m a YouTube creator, a TV beauty host, and a published author, but my favorite title is "Midlife Beauty Bestie." I’m here to prove that reinvention has no expiration date and that beauty over 50 is about confidence, not concealment.

 

Before I was in front of the camera, I was in the boardroom. For years, I served in high-level executive roles for global organizations, most notably as a leader at Randstad Professionals. That chapter of my life taught me the value of strategy, the importance of clear communication, and how to lead with integrity.But at age 51, I hit a crossroads. I was successful, but I was no longer challenged. I realized I had a choice: stay in the comfort of a career I knew, or take a leap into the creative unknown.The Leap of Faith In 2021, I decided to bet on myself. I walked away from the executive suite to see if I could build something from the ground up that was entirely my own. I wanted to be creative again. I wanted to be a student again.That leap led to the launch of my YouTube channel, where I now reach over 138,000 women. By combining my "no-nonsense" executive approach with a deep passion for beauty, I’ve created a space where mature women can find honest, practical advice that actually works for our skin and our lives.

 

My work has since expanded from the digital world to your living room. As a resident beauty host on King 5 TV’s New Day Northwest, I have the privilege of sharing expert tips and product reviews with a broadcast audience.

 

I’m also a firm believer in the power of words and representation. In 2023, I published my first children's book, What Color is Your Rainbow?, a story about friendship and acceptance. Whether I’m teaching women how to find the perfect foundation or teaching a child about the beauty of our differences, my goal remains the same: to help people see the vibrant color in their own lives.
